Unfortunately, we have been left extremely disappointed with the level of customer service by Family tree Gardens and will not be recommending further. After being given a quote for a planting scheme that we wanted for our front garden, it become very clear the plants we had ordered in the scheme were not all delivered and planted. After questioning this, we were left very disappointed with the lack of intention to resolve the situation. We were still, however, expected to pay the original quote. James and his team were professional, thorough and efficient. The planting scheme was carefully considered and my objectives were taken on board. The day after their visit I was hosting a garden event for a local childrens charity. James and his team were mindful of this and worked a massively long day and went above and beyond to make sure the garden looked it’s very best. In addition Family Tree Gardens helped support this event which I greatly appreciated. I would happily recommend them and wish them every success.
