Avoid. Took months of me following up and themmissing their own deadlines before finally getting replies after I paid my money. Ellie then responded sarcastically to questions I had trying to clarify procedures. Unnecessary and unhelpful.
I arranged mediation with them last year, the mediator didn’t listen to anything I put across and only favoured the other party! Is meant to be a go between but that wasn’t the case! I missed valuable time with my daughter because of this! Unfortunately I had to do this to then apply for court order

A complete waste of time and money, not unbiased in any way and completely delayed the process it’s designed to help! Go to court and let a professional sort it out!
