Awful, promise they'll do jobs - they don't. Promise they'll communicate with you - they don't. The receptionists are half hearted, it's like they cannot be bothered to speak to you. Don't work as a receptionist if you're going to treat clients/tenants in such a way. Purchased our property off a private landlord, had money knocked off the sale price (to complete jobs and have done nothing), clearly just another company who seen money signs. Get the jobs done or it's going to the housing ombudsman.

Fab landlords who deal with issues promptly. Fantastic receptionist who makes sure issues are passed to the right department promptly, even having workmen arrive on the same day. Would highly recommend this well run business
