1) the bed that I viewed in the store, ordered and the bed that was delivered look different. The base of the bed looks inferior in quality compared to what’s displayed in the store. 2) Miscommunication from the store as to when they were delivering it. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this furniture store from start to finish. The quality of the furniture is outstanding — beautifully made, sturdy, and exactly as described. The showroom was well presented, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. The delivery service was just as impressive.
