Very kind, professional and caring staff at this veterinary practice. My kitten had her spay surgery here and the vets, reception staff and nurses were all helpful and informative. They explained the aftercare procedure well and prescribed pain meds as well. My little one came back happy! Thank you so much Family Friends Vets.
Overall the receptionist with the red hair, cigarette voice and Karen attitude makes me regret ever going. Very poor customer service
Amazing looked after my little girl who was hit by a car and fell in love with her. Thank you she is improving everyday.
