It took over 9 days just to schedule my procedure. During the procedure I literally felt my flesh being cut and I was shaking from the pain—three separate times after I told them I could feel it. I was told “dissolving stitches,” but about a month later I still have internal suture knots with intermittent blood/pus. At my most recent visit, I waited ~30 minutes in the exam room with no update and left to get a second opinion. I’m transferring care and filing an insurer grievance. Absolutely Do Not Recommend - Disorganized, Unprofessional, and Disrespectful I cannot overstate how disappointing and frustrating my experience has been with Dr. Sekhsaria and Family ENT. From start to finish, this practice has shown a complete lack of respect for my time, money, and trust. I first saw Dr. Sekhsaria on March 18, 2024, for a rhinitis issue. This review is based on one of the nurses not the doctors and the physician assistant. They were respectful and informed me well. I came into the office for a checkup and to refill a prescription. One of the nurses acted unprofessional and was rude. She raised her voice and treated me like I was a child/teen not a woman. Unfortunately, she berated me for about three minutes. I recently visited the family ENT Allergy & asthma with my son for allergy tests ordered by doctor Unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. Upon arrival, the front desk staff the guy he acting like a manager, he asked we intended to undergo the tests that day. I confirmed, but was asked to wait.
