Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

For 2 times they charged me double the price I needed to pay because they charged us before the insurance send the paperwork informing how much out of the pocket we need to pay. The worst was that during these 2 times, nobody from the office called me to make arrangements to return my money. I called both times and when I call, they check and say that I have a credit in my account. They returned the money but only because I called. That is wrong!!!
