I am very disappointed with this provider. I will not be returning. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The dentist filled a tooth that was not supposed to be filled and I had to leave in severe pain. They proceeded to call and became very rude over a misunderstanding. I would never recommend this dentistry to anyone. This is not the way you treat your patients.

Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

My Daughter had a horrible experience here, they were rude and she left the office in tears. She has had allot of pain from fillings. You should not trust you or your childs teeth to these people. I would give them 0 stars if it would let me. Find someone else in Chillicothe or another nearby area stay away from these guys.

Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution
