Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

i am very dissattisfied with the on call service. i started calling a little before 9am on sunday morning it is now almost 1pm i have called 4 times i am in serious pain and all i keep getting is they can't reach the on call but they will pass along my message. what is the point of having an on call if they can't be reached? i would understand if it was at 2am but this is during the day over 4 hours very unprofessional. There should be something in place for if the on call can't be reached in a timely fashion that a back up ... read more

Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? No Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.
