All the staff at Overman Family Denistry where very professional and kind. They took the extra time to review my x-rays and explain in detail the meaning of each one. They also photograph your teeth and track their changes during subsequent visits. This is one of the most comprehensive and detailed dentist visit I have had.
When I went to Overman the first time, I hadn't been to the dentist since I was younger than 10 and I was pretty embarrassed about it, but dr.overman was very non judgemental about it and just explained what I'd need to do to get in good shape. They seem to remember you when you come in, which is really wonderful. Time is very important to me. So I was pleased with my checkup today as my appointment started on time, the service was quick (and of good quality) and I was on my way back to work with clean teeth in a short amount of time.
changed my time without any problems...got me in the same day....always greeted by a friendly staff...check up and cleaning went very smoothly and professionally...

Everyone is friendly and they put you at ease. I no longer work in Ames but I won't change my Dentist even though it's a longer drive for me.
Dr. Overman and staff were very kind and welcoming. Dr. Overman genuinely cares about his patients and he provides great service! Overall, it is the best dentistry practice I have been to!
I had a cleaning at 0900 and it was discovered that I needed an old filling refilled due to decay. Was able to get back in at noon the same day to get this completed. All services are great. Cleaning, numbing the area and the procedure to "fix" my tooth. All staff are very personable and give excellent service! Thank you for your care.
It was a great experience, very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back.
