After a really bad experiance with a new dealer I hesitantly contacted family cars to ask about a car they had available. They was extremly understandable, friendly and helpful. Being interesting in the car but being 3hrs away I asked if I could view it at the weekend. After a day I got a little paranoid others may be interested so called to ask about a reserve to hold the car. Excellent service from start to finish.. Jack was amazing as soon as we arrived at the showroom he made us very welcome giving us time to look over the car with no pressure sale tactics . l may add l purchased the car as it was fabulous and such a good price .. A couple of very minor things had to be corrected which was completed to the standard that had been promised. Family cars deserved the 5 stars that l have given them ..Here's to many happy driving miles in my new car THANK YOU ...Linda
Fantastic place to buy a car. Jack is a lovely, friendly salesman. Not pushy at all. Very relaxed atmosphere and they obviously care about cars.
