Dr Warren is FANTASTIC! Unfortunately that cannot be said about the business office as you will routinely wait 20-30 minutes in order to talk to someone about an appointment. They do not respond well to the website requests either. The office also routinely drops the ball regarding sending items to other doctors. This is more often wrong than right. The office manager we talked to is great at making excuses for the office incompetence though. Wish I could find another place for health care
