My mom was admitted very early Friday morning after an ER visit Thursday night. I wasn't around for that evening, but I drove up from South Dakota to be with her Friday morning. Both my mom and my dad said she received wonderful care in the emergency room. The nurses, cna's and staff on the cardiovascular unit were absolutely fantastic! 4 hours to wait and then told to follow up with a surgeon. Called the surgery center to be told I have to see my primary physician. Nurse tells me that's not true but proceeds to make appointment. See my primary Doctor who gives me a referral. When they call the surgery center they say they already had a referral from the ER Dr. Well I already told them that. So I have to pay for an unnecessary dr visit cause the surgery center didn't follow through.
Dr. Castles is the best! She has helped me so much throughout the years and every time I have gone, the staff has been so great and quick!
I spent a week there with severe acute pancreatitis, the staff, nurses and doctors were amazing. I was in severe pain and these angels of mercy nursed me back to health. I was an ass-tronomical jerk, for which I sincerely apologize for, and they still took amazing care of me. The nursing staff went way above and beyond, Shannon and all of them made me and my wife feel so welcomed and took amazing care of us.
