Great experience here. Every staff member I encountered was kind, comforting, and professional. Had a procedure with Dr Scott Friedberg who was so nice and helped me feel less anxious.
BEWARE!!! I have been battling gastritis since childhood, and my recent experience at Fallsgrove Endoscopy Center in Rockville was nothing short of a nightmare. Thank you to everybody at Fallsgrove Endoscopy Clinic from the friendly welcome at reception to the amazing nurse Celeste who looked after me and explained everything that would be happening to the lovely anaesthetist and Dr Lurie. The atmosphere was welcoming, friendly, caring and professional. Everyone wanted to be there and there was fantastic camaraderie between staff members. I left feeling positive and well cared for. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and treatment at their outpatient center. They were organized, returned phone calls promptly & Explained insurance issues. A very positive experience!
