Been going here for years for whenever I need timber. Always good prices and great staff. However, was disappointed today by a staff member who completely dismissed my request. Instead of giving me a full length as I requested in the warehouse, the answer was a no with no explanation and he proceeded to cut the length. I had paid for two measurements totalling the full length as I was unaware of the measurements of a full length, so why he decided to cut it after I’d asked for the full length is beyond me.
