Sat around and waited 4hrs for a plumber that never showed up. Called the office and they said "he was tied up at another job". Thanks for not calling me and letting me know, I had nothing better to do with my day. On a positive note, I learned I can do plumbing myself. Thanks for nothing, you suck.

We have investigated the issue and it appears that unfortunately our plumber was running late on the 8am-12pm arrival time slot when you called at 11.30. We apologise for this but we could not leave the earlier job unfinished. We do have a guarantee in place which promises a $5 discount for every minute we are late to a maximum of $50. Again my sincere apologies for any inconvenience causes.

I foolishly sought Fallon Solutions to repair a single cracked floor tile. The quote we received was $650 which is nothing other than day light robbery (AND I paid $50 for the privilege) - I even had a spare tile!!!

Hi Rachel Blythe - Replacing one tile sounds like a straight forward job however this was not a straight forward job. It was to cut a tile around a post and repair without damaging the surrounding tiles. We may have had to alter the skirting as well. We priced for the worst case but we would have adjusted the price down if the job was without issue. We will refund your $49.50 and would like to apologise for your inconvenience.

Joel Leslie was most helpful. Prompt. Efficient. Offered different options to improve our current set up and then itemized the services so we could pick what we wanted and what we could afford. 1300 number call lady wasnt very enthusiastic but the tradies who have come out have been great ☺

Very good service, fitted new plugs and extractors. Very neat and stress safety, keeping an eye open for any potential problems. Joel Leslie and Dave did a great job.

Thank you Fallon Solutions for coordinating removing two walls and replacing. Removing Asbestos then fixing walls with electric switches and light switch. Grant replaced the walls and Chris did the electrics. The guys and the Asbestos removal guy were very professional and efficient. They cleaned up and were very easy to talk to. Well done and good job guys :)
