I will never use Fallon again. I had 2 power points installed today. Nothing complex. Nothing unexpected. It took 1 hour to complete. Total charge $690.63. My lawyer doesn't even charge that much. When I was quoted, the electrician lead me to believe the installation was complex, so gave me an alternative option, but I said no, happy to pay for the proper solution. RecommendedChris R arrived at the designated time (and called on the way to say how far away he was) and fixed the dishwasher, explaining the issue and also preventative measures. Great service at a reasonable price.

We contacted Fallon Solutions due to Plumbing problems . We had Sam as our Service Technician & he was on time , extremely polite , provided many very helpful suggestions & even cleaned out the cupboard underneath the sink after completion of work . My husband & I were very impressed with his level of professionalism .

Had a problem with our Air Conditioning. Called Fallon and was charged $250 to tell us what was wrong. Received a quote later for parts/labour $1250. I bought genuine new factory parts myself for $450 and changed them over in about 15mins.. So we were going to be charged $800 in labour for a 15 min job... Wont trust Fallon again

Hi Leigh, I think it's important to clarify some of your comments for the benefit of other people reading this... There are standard diagnostic fees which apply on some jobs because obviously you can't diagnose a problem with an AC unit simply by looking at the box. If we need to dismantle it or perform some other action to do this then of course this costs money. I am very grateful for Dan Hayes who came out today to install my new oven, cook top and rangehood. He called before arriving as promised and clearly explained all my options and costings before starting on the job.
