I just had Adrian from Fallon Solutions arrive at my home not only spot on time, but called to say he's on his way 15 min beforehand. The work on our dishwasher was done quickly and Adrian was polite and professional. I like that Fallon thought of the detail of providing their staff with slip on bootees over the work boots to protect the floors, even though in our case it wasn't really needed as we have tiles. Just a thoughtful touch. Many thanks.

We had Sam Petrovic (plumber) and Greg Brown (electrician) to move our hot water system to clear the way for the termite control person and then to reinstall the hot water system. They both were excellent in what they did, in their explanations about what had to be done, in their care to keep the house clean as possible and in their friendly manner - all most important to "oldies" like us! We have used Fallon Solutions for many years and all of their personnel have given excellent service. Well done Fallons!

I booked technician to fix problem with my air conditioner. Sasa arrived on time. He was courteous and polite. He explained the problem clearly. He was very thorough and professional and carried out the repairs very satisfactorily. Sasa was very clean and neat in his work and also friendly and respectful. Very happy with the service. We had a stove that needed installing at our rental house at Mansfield so we called Fallon. Christopher Fotinos and his apprentice Zac were very helpful & did a great job. We had the stove installed & power points installed as well as some replaced. Great job done. We will certainly call Fallon again as this is second time we have used them and they were very prompt.
