Dubious practices in my opinion. Agreed to the $49 fee for them to come and investigate/quote/repair my air con issue on the understanding I have to pay this fee if I don't go ahead with the work; when technician arrives I'm told he'll do a free once over of everything in the house, after which I'm told it's $380 to do the investigation/quote in to the air con problem I called about (what choice do I really have now that I've already taken the day off work). I just had Steve and Aiden install my fully integrated dishwasher. It was a tough installation as the panel was quite old from a previous model, but they somehow managed to figure it out. They were both very pleasant: courteous, clean and professional. I can recommend using Fallon, especially if you have a difficult job.

Steve Hayes rang to tell when would be arriving and whilst here did a very professional job in putting in new water heater and fixing taps that needed replacing. Nice friendly caring guy and can recommend him for any plumbing work

Today was the final day of a three day job to repair two dropped ceilings. Wayne gave us a fair quote for the work and assisted in his usual helpful manner. Gavin came today to assist with scaffolding and did a meticulous clean up job after the work was done. The larger part of the work was done by Grant Barry who we could not fault his work was thorough and of an excellent standard.
