RecommendedWe had Nathan Dabicich come do a service on our air conditioning unit today. He was extremely friendly and professional. He went out of his way to show us what he was doing and explain why, was upfront and clear on how the whole process worked and the entire process went smoothly. Fantastic experience overall and we have every intention of having him out again for future maintenance.

Avneel Prasad came out to give me a quote on a replacement aircon system. He was very friendly and professional and answered all my questions, so nice to talk to someone who knows what they are doing! Also surprised with how quick our new system can be installed! Highly recommend using Fallon!!

So far, I have been charged $576.40 for a tech to come over 16/10 to tell me I need a new compressor and solid state relay. I just pay for parts. Oh...they got me to sign up for a year then wouldn't honour the hello yellow save $40 if you quote that you saw the add on yellow pages. I didn't get that discount. Didn't hear anything. After numerous phone calls I had a message a couple of days ago saying they finally emailed me a quote. I finally found it in my junk mail. It didn't download so I replied and asked for a resend. We are now huge fans of Fallons! We called last week to get a replacement induction hob hard wired in our kitchen. Joel B was excellent and I can't recommend him enough. Had a technician come to look at my faulty air conditioner was charged $422.52 for less than an hours work. Was recommended a new PCB board needed to be replaced in the meantime I rang around for other quotes. Was quoted by another company to replace not one but both boards and labour $324.32. Just received my quote from Fallon for the board and a motor (which was not mentioned by the technician) $1325.01 making a grand total of $1747.53. I had a leak in my hot water system. I rang Fallon and they arrange a plumber for me today - Blake arrived and has fixed the problem. He was very professional and very polite. I find it very easy to give a five star rating.
