Rang Fallon's yesterday, there was a sparky available he was very helpful did his work quickly and efficiently. All the time keep me in the loop re what he was doing. Nic did a great job and have recommended Fallon's this morning.

I contacted Fallon to replace an old hot water system and set an appointment. Blake the plumber gave me a call and arrived promptly on the day. He recommended an appropriate replacement system and placed an order, which was delivered within the hour. Joel the electrician arrived around the same time and the old system was disconnected and new one installed. Both the guys were very professional in both their skills and manner. Fallon Solutions are by far the best all round company to deal with!!! We have utilised their services for Plumbing, Electrical, Air Conditioning and today Handyman Services to remove the old wall mounted TV and install a new Smart TV and Bluray DVD player. Gavin Butler & Stuart Whittle provided exceptional service, nothing was too much trouble and they provided solutions to an unexpected problem. Nick Henry had a short time line to install 2 cistern and seats in two toilets plus replace all tap ware in my house. He did the whole job, from working out the quote, supplying all taps and cisterns etc and finished the job in just under two and a half hours. Brilliant. It was head down and plumbers crack up till the job was done. (Thought you would enjoy the joke.) Great work Nick. I know who to call when I need more work done. Thanks from Glenis Job No 1827

I asked for someone to come and fix my dishwasher. They asked 'what is wrong with it'. I said 'the pump is broken'. They sent a person out, He inspected the dishwasher and said 'the pump is broken'. He then went away. This cost $125. I am still hand washing the dishes.

Hi Maria, we have taken a look at your job and we can see that you believed that the pump was broken however if the machine isn't pumping water this could be caused by a blockage or some other problem so therefore a diagnostic is required. As it happens after the technician inspected your machine it was in fact the pump, and after diagnosing the problem a diagnosis fee is due. I needed a plumber for major work - re-doing the pipes for the whole two story house. Fallon sent Lincoln and Matt, and then another guy came in the afternoon and helped too. My house has some age and it wasn't an easy job, but the boys did fantastic work, under less than ideal conditions and completed the job in one day (10 hrs). I now have better pressure than I've ever had - and can't wait to have a decent shower!!

Had a repair booked in called to check status was told he was on his way. Open my front door to check my mail and there was a Fallon card stuck to my door. Really?? I was home all day didn't hear a knock on the door but your man left a card (Wayne Weldon) ?? Called you guys to check but you say he actually called me but I don't have any missed calls. Waste of time and energy.
