The only positive thing I can say about the service is that they were fast to arrive to our property. I rang up (on behalf of my mum) needing an external sewer pipe that was spraying water fixed. The guy on the phone told us that there was a $49 call out fee but because I had quoted an ad from the yellow pages (a promotion code) this fee would be waived as we were also a first time customer. Just had Dave Smith come around, he was very quick, honest and did the job ASAP!
Required a new hot water system replacement. Blake arrived on time, well presented, identified issues and explained everything. Did a great job with new plumbing above expected standard. Site left very clean. David the electrician also did a great job offered a free electrical inspection of the house at the time with recommendations. Very impressed and happy with the great service. Would definitely recommend. A+

Steve Hayes from Fallons Solutions came to replace down pipes and as the original down pipes were covered with render, he arranged for a Fallons handyman, Tony Britton, to repair the render. Steve also discovered roots in the stormwater drains which he had cleaned out as well as having a camera go through the drains to locate any trouble spots. James Auriti did a fantastic job servicing my air conditioner, no more disgusting smell coming from my air conditioners. James arrived promptly and at the time arranged. He took treated my home with respect and he wore protectors over his footwear and left the place immaculate when he finished the job. Took the time to explain everything to me in simple layman terms.
