Faulty air conditioner. Diagnosed as a broken fan and motor needed replacing. I said to go ahead and order parts to do the job. A week later contacted by Fallons who hadn't even ordered the parts. Wanted $596 to level the outside unit as it was on a bit of a lean. Wanted another couple of hundred to do a gecko repellent treatment. Wanted to sell me $1300 worth of security package. I declined. Thank you for your feedback Vicki. Yes, you called us out to diagnose the fault with your air conditioner on the 2nd February. Our technician stated that the best way forward was to replace the broken fan and motor. We emailed the quote to you 3 days later and then called and asked if you wanted to authorise the order of the parts and pay a 10% deposit. Daikin chose to only repair the fan blade. I had sales rep Mark Savaille around today to advise and quote on a replacement air conditioning system for part of the house. Great guy who was tremendously helpful and suggested a solution that will be ideal for us. Arrived when he said he would and was able to create a quote and then a booking for installation on the spot. Very impressed.

Very disappointing to say the least. The bloke who came out to quote was nice enough. Told my wife the job would take about 3 hours (installing locks on 3 french doors) then proceeded to tell her the price was about $2.5k but would get a hundred dollars off if we signed up to some weird loyalty program?!! I even supplied all the hardware! Admittedly french doors with mortice locks are more difficult than standard doors but $800 per hour is insane!! Was expecting a Plumber to arrive between 8am - 12 noon. And was pleasently suprised by a earlier phone call tfrom Jason Hilton to ask if it was possible to come earlier at 7.30am ! Yes what a refreshing change to having to wait. Jason knew his stuff and was most helpful, and explained everything in plain lingo! Was a pleasure to deal with, and professional too!
