RecommendedYesterday we had Plumber Chris McFelin in to fix and repair two toilets. He was great. Easy to deal with, he explained everything he was doing, and showed me what he was doing. Chris was friendly, approachable, and even helped me on a private family matter which came up whilst he was doing his job, which I am so grateful for. Thanks again Chris :-)

I had a service of our ducted aircon done by Fallon last week. I received a phone call asking would I like it done a week earlier than organised which I accepted. I was contacted by the technician directly to inform me of his expected time of arrival. He was courteous, provided me with a quote after checking the problem and was very efficient. I am happy to recommend their service.

Michael S (two days), Josh F and Varnni(one day each) have done an excellent job in totally reguttering our home (Job No.259284). They were very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and did great work with the installation. They also cleaned up after they had completed the installation, so well in fact, that, except for the new guttering blending so neatly with the rest of the house, it was difficult to see that they had been here. Thank you to all for an an excellent job.

James Auriti did a thorough job servicing my air conditioner, found the reason for the musty smell it was giving out, and fixed it. James arrived promptly and at the time arranged. He took care with the carpet where he was working, wore protectors over his footwear (so as not to soil the floor covering) and left the place immaculate when he finished the job. Thank you James

RIP OFF and UNRELIABLE. We flew to Brissy for weekend to paint and fix up unit.. Booked a FALLON electrician to instal $69 ceiling fan.. Was told he'd come at lunch time. 1.40pm I chased only to be told he didn't really do installations as it wasn't his job. I told Chris this would totally leave us in the lurch but he didn't care. Called back to tell me it would cost almost $1000 to instal and mount the TV which by the way didn't need electrical work, we just didn't have drills with us and a stud finder so thought he'd help.... read more

Hi there to future customers of the Fallon solutions. Today, I was woken by an early 7 am phone call and it was great to hear that a Electrician was soon on his way to replace my ceiling fans in 4 rooms, he couldn't of been better to have such quick action on such a hot day. The young man named Nic Lange was so very pleasantly spoken, helpful, punctual and he worked efficiently. Also, I might mention he tidied up after himself and he seemed to answer questions and did the little things just to help out. I do highly recommend... read more
