We had our air conditioning repaired and serviced with Fallon and we are really happy with the service of the technician and also the results. Its running like it was new.

Nothing but a headache trying to deal with Fallon. After paying $250 to be told my aircon was stuffed I then started the insurance claim process. It took weeks and several phone calls to get a receipt for the $250 I paid out of them. I asked to talk to a manager and was told I would get a call back and of course I didn't. My insurance company tried dealing with them several times to process my claim and fallon ignored them. We are now taking our insurance payout else where. Horrible customer service.

Hi Wendy Our technician always leaves a manual tax invoice on site before he leaves or if he is using an ipad, emails a tax invoice prior to leaving the home. I assume your insurance company was not satisfied with the form of the invoice and required our office to issue a second invoice formatted differently. Thank you so much to Sam ( 1792 ) for the amazing customer service I received in the salon today. I love that you guys squeezed me in on short notice, and our basins are back to working order! Will highly recommend Sam to everyone :) And I liked that there was no surprise when it came to the invoice I received as the receptionist was very clear in quoting for commercial rates.
James Anriti fixed our air-conditioning system just in time for the February heat. He was polite, helpful, cheery and very competent at his job.

What can i say ☆☆☆☆☆ + Today CHRIS FOTINOS (Electrician) Came to my rescue fixed the problem in no time. Pleasant young man, explained things to me so that i could understand the situation, which was great.Helped me make some decisions for future work that needs to be updated. When I made my booking a few weeks back I asked if there were any cancelations, to pls let me know as i wanted my aircondtion unit fixed asap. I recieved a call today notifying that a technician was available due to a cancelation which made my day. Jason C was at my door within half an hour. Loved his professional approach to my minor Air conditioning problem. Just needed a couple of minor electrical household jobs done. Complimentary inspection was quick and informative, there was no problem postponing a few suggested jobs, and the work can't be faulted. Wouldn't hesitate to get these guys in again. Unfortunately I can't remember the electrician's name.
