Hot water system needed parts told it would take a few days. However 1 week later and many phone calls no parts and no hot water. Only to be told we have the quote now and we could be waiting another 2 weeks with no hot water. Not to mention the quote was wrong. Dony bother with this company.

We had people from the UK about to visit us for a week when we lost all power to our power points. We dealt with Pam on the online chat and subsequent phone call - she was very helpful an arranged for Daniel Hayes to attend within around an hour. Daniel was great and very helpful. We were impressed with both staff members.

We have just had Sam the plumber here this morning to fix our toilets. Sam was extremely friendly, professional, efficient and clean. He even wore the fabulous boot covers so our floors didn't get dirty! We have never had much luck finding a good plumber, but Sam was fantastic! We couldn't rate him highly enough!

If your considering using Fallon Solutions for Air conditioning repairs, do yourself a favour and have a read through the negative reviews. They all echo the same issues, take it from someone who regrets not doing so. My issues mirror most others. Charged $390.98 for a diagnostic which took all of 14 minutes. Waited 4 days for a heinously overpriced quote which had extra undiscussed items attached. If i had continued with the quote from Fallon it would have cost me a total of $1669.86. Very happy with the sevice and the guy dean was very polite n helpfull and explained everything happy to recommended them n will be getting them back out if need anything else electrical goes wrong :)
