AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The place was extremely dirty when I moved in, constant maintenance issues which took 4 months on average to resolve. I've moved out a month ago, and I'm currently being ignored about getting my deposit back, having to waste time with the deposit company.

My experience living in this apartment was pretty disappointing. When I moved in, the place wasn’t properly cleaned—there was food residue in the freezer, the toilet had mold (which I had to clean myself), and the balcony was dirty, locked, and they refused to clean or unlock it. The windows barely opened because of “security reasons,” so it was extremely hot in the summer, especially upstairs. When I moved in everything was broken/dirty, oven hob was smashed and I was told by caretaker of the building “don’t use that or it will blow up”, shower did not work, kitchen tap was broken, wardrobe broken, washing machine filthy and was not working. Was given wrong key upon moving in so had to go to the caretaker Tina and tell her the key wasn’t working, was rudely told “I think you’ll find it does”, then when she tried to use it to open the door said it was the wrong key and went to get another one.
