This GP practice could be amazing, DR Crossham is a very polite and friendly Doctor and will go above and beyond for his patients with the upmost care (in regards to my father). However, the front of house are so rude and incompetent! I know there is stigma of doctors receptionists, but these take it to a whole new level. I have heard how they speak to my dad, I also have had the unpleasant experience of having to speak to them, the tone of voice when answering the call is so unprofessional and just so rude, as I am a health... read more
