They claim newer Volkswagens are burn coolant. Anyone with a basic background in auto mechanics knows no coolant is supposed to to enter the combustion chamber.
My husband and I had been looking at Atlas's for about 2 months. Falcone was the last VW dealership we visited and the experience at Falcone was exactly the opposite of all the rest. They were no-pressure, allowed us to test drive the car without a sales person in the back seat babysitting us, and no hassle with our trade in. After 3 cars from this dealer I am done! I continue to be disappointed with the service Dept, inconvenience, paying for extended warranties and not being informed of the mileage limit. A car 2 years old I bought brand new and went through 4 tires in less than six months where the side walls busted. The car isn’t running properly and I was told it would be $775. minimum for a 60,000 mile service. So warranties apparently do not cover maintenance. Very disappointed!!!
Have bought seven different VW’s from them starting the first day Falcone took over. Last week went in to trade a 2016 GLI that I bought from Falcone last year. Wanted to trade for a 2016 Tiquan. Would not deal with me at all. We were off by a 1000.00. No deal. My years of buying there. And having all the cars serviced there meant nothing.
The best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to buying a vehicle. Every person I met was professional, enjoyable, and knowledgeable about any questions I had! I highly recommend Falcone to anyone that want a hassle free experience.

Bob Falcone is the most arrogant, disrespectful person I’ve met. He yelled at me and berated me in front of his employees without me saying a word to him. Honestly, his behavior was so irrational that I question his mental stability. I will never recommend anyone give business to this dealership again.
If your getting a Subaru definitely go to Falcone! Ask for Nick Kanter! He will get you the best deal possible! Great experience!
