The staff was amazing!! They were so helpful and patient! We had our little ones with us, and they have a play room to help keep them occupied :) Bob talked with our son about the showroom cars and he was so excited! Definitely a family friendly dealership where you will not feel like just a number!
I have been beyond satisfied with every interaction I've had at Falcone! John Franks was a delight to deal with when looking at cars and deciding what we wanted. He has a great sense of humor and really makes sure you're not being treated like a "typical dealership" might treat you. Chase was great at putting together a payment plan that worked for us.
