I drove 2 hours one way to get a Toyota truck that they ran my credit and told me I was pre-approved for and reassured me that the truck was waiting for me. after the two-hour Drive I got there and they had sold the truck and they had nothing to get me into that was comparable. worst dealership experience I've ever had
failed my inspection to make money. got my vehicle looked at by someone else and the part that they said I needed was not something that needed to be done. So if they fail your inspection get a second opinion.
I needed a car that was higher up than I was driving and they came thru for me and now I am driving a Ford Escape and I love it.
Had a problem just after the service operation had closed for the night. A mechanic and service writer stayed late in an effort to fix the inoperable trunk release. Needed the suitcases inside. Unable to fix it st the dealership but service writer came to my residence even later and the locking mechanism was fixed. Can’t say enough about the service.
The staff here is amazing! I called last Thursday with a car issue and with in days it was dropped off, fixed and ready for me to pick up! I appreciate it!
Great place, Manny Mataxes worked very well with us February 18 2017,also every time we have service done, our car check ups, the service department is great always helpful.
I travel about three hours to get my vehicle serviced here. Service Writers, technicians, everyone working in those departments are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly/personable. I will continue to come back for whatever my vehicles need. * shout out to the salesmen!!! Go Dan Underwood!
