Test drove a 2018 Escape. Was told it was not the actual car I wanted. Had lots more features. I had an appointment. 2 hours later I was still there waiting for paperwork processing on a car that supposed to be there "next week." I asked about incentives but wasn't given clear idea and there are plenty on line I checked ahead of time. Do they sell cars here? Very nervous salesman, shaking constantky, talking very fast. I purchased an older Ford pickup elsewhere. As various problems were discovered and I couldn't do the repairs myself, I called Faith's Ford. They took it in very promptly and fixed everything to my great satisfaction. Three visits for different issues and it's in great to go shape now ! Highly recommended !!!
