In and out in less than an hour! Had an appointment and they took me right away. Their waiting room was wonderful as well. Most importantly they took care of everything on my list from the State Inspection, to an oil change, and even new wiper blades. at the end they gave me a written report on the condition of my 6 year old Edge, which by the way is still in excellent condition.
The service was great, but the recommendations for additional work were in error. The recommendation to replace a bad ujoint was for a ujoint the was replaced less than a month ago. I crawled under the car and verified the joint was still solid.
Spot on Service!!! My left wheel bearing disintegrated just as I got there. Bill listened to my description of the issue, was able to get the car in the next morning and had me back on the road by noon. I could not ask for better customer service. I want to thank Bill, the service gang and parts department for getting me back to work without having to miss any appointments Brian
I went in yesterday knowing exactly what I wanted.. but skeptical about actually getting it. I could not have been more wrong! I left with my perfect vehicle, a great payment and a fantastic experience!! Eric was my salesperson and he is a gem! Everyone was helpful and friendly. NOTHING like a typical, overwhelming car buying experience. Clearly the new owner knows how important the customer experience is. Thank you!
