Service department was really good to me, I have no issues with them at all but some of the guys out front are complete A**holes argued with one of the guys about a set of rims and tires that were in the bed of my trade in, that I was not trading in, i was informed when I went to take them out of my trade in that they were theirs now because those where the ones they appraised it with not the rims and tires on it. I recently had to have the state inspection for my car. I quickly made an appointment with out checking my calendar. Bradley Fish was very understanding when I called to report my mistake and get rescheduled. I arrived on time and the car was taken in right away. The car passed inspection and it even got a free wash!
I brought my 2008 F-150 PU into Faiths Ford yesterday AM for Rear & Front Transfer Case service along with Transfer Case service. I arrive at 745AM and Mike in Service took care of me and got the truck in promptly. The vehicle service was completed in 2 hours which was 1/2 hour quicker than anticipated. They did a great or 5 star job and Mike was right on top of the service. thank you Mike. John Deindorfer

Recently bought a new to us vehicle, had issues with rear bushing and ended with 2 bald tires, Gm Paul Kruse, Brad Fish, and Brad the service manager ensured that repair was done and tires were replaced!! I am very pleased with the service we received. They ensured the safety of me and my children was a prioriry. As well as providing us with a vehicle that met the needs of our son Jasper who has special needs in order to get him to school, to his appointments, and provide space to transport his equipment!!
Great service. I got a oil change before I headed back to Texas they a excellent job. The only thing I could really complain about was when I told my service adviser I did not want to purchase new tires from them he got a lil defensive and tried to guilt trip me a little. But hey he was just doing his job.
