I recently purchased a used C MAx from Karin at Faith's Ford. Best car purchase experience ever. She was so knowledgeable about the vehicle, let me take my time with the test drive, answered all my questions. No pressure. Of course, she was sure that I would fall in love with the C-Max and I did. Too bad Ford is not going to make them any more. I don' live near Brattleboro so I won't be visiting the service department, but I did love the sales department.
I recently has a service appointment to add some accessories to the truck I'm leasing. I was welcomed by everyone I encountered and although I didn't meet the technicians that were working on my truck (I didn't expect to) Erik did an outstanding job making certain I was kept up-to-date on the progress of the work.
