needed to get a new truck during the 2020 covid-19 out break the people at Faith's ford were great. they were gloves and masks and provided them for me. social distancing was practiced and somehow they still managed to make it friendly and good experience. I would recommend this dealership every day any day. even during trying stressful times they made it a good experience. thanks again and stay safe

Scott was awesome. he listened to what I wanted and didn't push something I didn't want or couldn't afford on me and got it Done. he was amazing threw out the whole process. while waiting for the title he kept in contact with me and as soon as they got it he called me and told me I could take my car home.he still calls me to make sure everything is good and check if I need anything. overall he made my experience awesome. I bought a 2012 Hyundai Sonata from the Brattleboro faiths ford and for 4000$ this car should have been fine I would understand if it needed like brakes or something simple like that but no when im going down the road it like shakes/rumbles from the driver side floor I could have taken my money and gotten something somewhere else for a little less money and it would have driven fine with no issues I want them to make this right I have a 4 month old baby and feel unsafe with her in this car
Went in there yesterday with a budget and a vehicle I was interested in, I walked out with exactly what I wanted in one of the easiest buying experiences I have had. I was upfront with them, and they were upfront with me, and as of now I am very happy.
Nope not at all!! Two locations one owner..one location has an EXTREMELY high turnover rate for employees!!
