I am a taxi driver and frequently drop off and pick up staff who work here. I am blown away with the comments I here as my wife is a care worker in the community and is disgusted by what she sees in the course of her work but if she ever wants to go back to working in a care home I hope she chooses fairways. Every member of staff I have spoken to absolutely love working here and can't speak highly enough about the owners.

It isn't professional to go against staffs word when wants to do days after my partner got really ill with Pneumonia from working a lot he covers other people's shifts please take this in Consideration

I have just delivered Fire marshal training for some of the staff. All the staff that I met were friendly and approachable. They were diligent in their duties and ensured the residents needs were met.
