The procedure was quick and painless. We used oil twice daily to soften the compacted wax for 6 days. This helped witht he removal. The only problem was access to the building as patient is a wheelchair user. It was a struggle, but we managed in the end as there was two of us to lift the wheelchair up the steps and over the threshold. A ramp would be a valuable addition to this building.
Whilst I object to paying for a service which was provided free by the NHS this is best alternative. It is quick painless and effective. The young lady was friendly and efficient only down side is cost for a pensioner not all can easily afford £60
First class treatment the young lady was very efficient it was painless and a pleasure, I would highly recommend anyone with wax problems to make an appointment
