I’ve visited this clinic several times and have always been happy with the service. However, my most recent visit on Monday was disappointing. My clinician was Sabrina. I arrived about five minutes late but had left both a message and a missed call to inform them. The appointment itself was very short, lasting less than 10 minutes, even though there were no other patients waiting. Just attended my ear wax removal appointment no changes was told a follow up but also to use olive ear drops which I have been and got assured not to worry can unblock itself, my initial person to treat me wasn't there the appointment lasted min 15,mins that's 60 plus additional 35 for the follow up. Feel like not enough effort or professional was put in not annoyed or sad just disappointed heard so much about them thinking twice about any follow up, the cash and price was quick though to pick up. Advice was good but I was charged £35 for just a 5/10min consultation as no treatment was required. Complete rip off.
My experience at fairways for ear wax removal was good the staff were polite and helpful and didn't take long
