New place The apartment has a large kitchen and more room to cook with, I love the ceiling fan that brings the right amount of circulation. The apartment staff are more than friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The staff arranges community events for get togethers. and it is a great place to live. Quiet and very nice .
Stay away from this property Needs new management they sent us a rent renewal for one price then when we went to sign ithe new lease she said it was $100 more than their original contract they sent us and they said too bad, not their problem, take it or move. If you are lucky enough to catch Lisa on a good day, then you might have something you can talk about but good luck. WARNING...STAY AWAY.
Needs new management The management makes up different rules for different people. Watch out and get everything in writing and get a copy of what you sign. The apartments are big, which is a plus but almost impossible to deal with management so not sure its worth the extra space. They put on one face to get you to move in but buyer beware...once you move in your on your own and they question everything. Only what they can collect from you matters. Parking is horrible.
