Awful, stay far away Terrible management, disengaged and annoyed staff who hate their job almost as much as they hate the residents. They have ruined our day on many different occasions. Zero concept of customer service or how to treat residents as humans. This place is terrible. This place is terrible if you have friends or family that you ever want to have over, or a car of your own that you want to park nearby your building. I feel like I’m in high school living with my parents again.... you have to go to the office and ask permission every time you want to have someone come over, even for a couple hours. If you want to have guests outside of office hours, you’re out of luck and their car gets booted immediately and you have to pay $100 to get it unbooted. I pay this much t... read more
DO NOT RENT HERE So many issues here and the office never answers the phone. By far the worst place I have ever rented from. My gas fireplace was a death trap, I ran it for an hour once and ended up light headed because of faulty ventilation. Contacted the office and was basically told "well just dont use it then".
Fairways at Raccoon Creek We rent a one bedroom, one bath and it feels bigger than any other apartment we have rented before. Our apartment is very bright and open. It has a great flow of air throughout with the windows open. Feels very private which is SO nice! The maintenance staff is very friendly. We love the design and the kitchen is fantastic. Fairways at Raccoon Creek I absolutely love living here. We're literally right across the street from Clement Park, and within walking distance to places like Target, King Soopers, restaurants, Walgreens, etc. The (two!) pools of the complex are settled nicely within the middle of the space that backs up to the golf course - so even being so close to such popular spots with lots of people, there's plenty of privacy within this community.
