Verified Renter Its a beautiful property centrally located in Littleton. Its an easy commute to major thoroughfares, historic downtown Littleton, the public library and major malls and shopping centers. The maintenance staff and front office personnel are extremely professional and competent.

Verified Renter I love my apt here at The Fairways. I wouldnt have stayed for almost 7 years if I didnt. The ceilings are high and the open concept make it seem larger. Storage is great, walk-in storage off the kitchen and walk-in closet in bedroom. Nice patio off living room, fireplace, and washer and dryer. I love that my windows face mostly east and my plants are thriving.

Verified Renter This is the one of the nicest neighborhoods and a great apartment complex and location. However, the price is causing many to consider single family home rentals for even a comparable price. Safety and Cost are top factors when making an apartment choice in this area. It would be nice to have security patrol onsite after hours for the comfort of residents.
