Awesome Office Staff This apartment complex has been great! I lost my job and they have been very understanding to and made arrangements to assist getting me caught up. The team is understanding, thoughtful, and so friendly. I love it here.

A Place to Call Home The office team is amazing. Incredibly responsive, kind and understanding during this tough time that my family is facing because of COVID. Sometimes you can here your neighbors, but nothing unbearable. I love it here.

Stay far away form this H O R R I B L E place! It's by far the worst place I've rented! My apartment got flooded coming up to three weeks now and I've been requesting for maintenance to come replace the baseboards that got ruined with no luck. I've called the office many times with NO HELP! All they say is we don't know what the schedule for maintenance is and will get to it, it's been three weeks my apartment looks horrible for the amount I pay for it. Verified Renter I looked into the Fairways because of the location and have known others who lived here that had good things to say. The only downside of location is street noise, but that can't be helped and you pick and choose your trade offs. I have a unit with a garage, and it's generous in length. I was able to fit my mid-size SUV in it, and open the tailgate with door closed. There is an elevated slab in the front part of the garage which allows for plenty of storage.
