Verified Renter I love the location and the surroundings in the area but I feel there is a major bug issue that can be fixed. Rent is a little high and maintenance could do a better job fixing up apartments. Ive also noticed near my building theres a lot of barking dogs daily especially in the morning so that gets annoying but Im not sure if theres a solution for that. Overall Im satisfied for now.

Verified Renter I have lived here for 8 years and I love my apt. It is very spacious for a 1 bedroom with plenty of storage. The high ceilings and large windows allow plenty of sunlight and my plants love it! I love the park across the street and shopping close by.
Terrible!!!! This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The grounds are not taken care of at all. The amount of dog poop everywhere is unbelievable. I complained numerous times with no response. They let garbage pile up by the dumpster for weeks. There is no parking and they are more than happy to boot your car. At one point they were remodeling the unit next to mine and the contractors left saws, nails, wood, etc. outside of my door. When I took my dog out she stepped in it and injured her paw.
