Mediocre at best. That's actually probably an overstatement. Just don't live here. Run far, far away.
I do not recommend living at Fairways at Hartland and here is why. We were told our apartment would be painted gray with updated carpet before move in date. We moved in and the apartment hadn't been painted or updated. We never said anything because we had moved in and it was more of a hassle to bring them in after to do all that. I love living here! Friendly environment and excellent location!
I have a beautiful view of the golf course and ponds. The atmosphere is so pleasant. The neighbors are wonderful and look out for each other.. The location off Scottsville Road is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Fairways is a great community to reside.
Fairways is such a wonderful place to live! The grounds are beautiful and residents have access to an extensive amount of amenities. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a great place to live to come fill out an application at Fairways. You won't regret it!
I love living here. I feel safe comfortable and spoiled by the amenities. The staff has been so kind and helpful from Amanda in the office to the new maintenance staff. I'm grateful for everything!!!
This is a wonderful place to live! I have been here since 2009 and the view of the golf course is wonderful, the new management team are upgrading alot of new things which are exciting, they have repainted all of the building, added a dog park, working on a fire pit with outdoor grill etc, if you are wanting a community of great people and lots of new things happening then this is the place! It better than looking at a just parking lots around your buildings! Id drop by and take a look if I were looking for a home!
