Unless you are willing to throw away $100 don't apply unless you have perfect credit. Income nor previous rental history doesn't matter. They take $100 just to deny you then don't tell you that they mail you a check after 30 days of being denied. No wonder they are the only place in town with open units.
I love living here , the staff is great and so friendly . If I need something fixed they are right on it ! I highly recommend this place if you are looking . Plus the view is so pretty .
