Trash situation is ridiculous!! Fees for trash that doesn’t fit into the compactor! One compactor for how many buildings??? Compactor only operates with key from management... What a JOKE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone moving here!

The Fairways is a great, quiet place to live! Aside from the great amenities and new renovations, the leasing office staff and maintenance team are great to work with!
I have lived there for two years and they are the best. Everyone there is nice and very helpful! This a great place to stay and it’s in a great location, and everyone there is like family! I would recommend this place to anyone!!
I’ve lived here going on three years now and I believe it’s a fantastic place to live! The staff always do a great job and try their best.
Yikes.. this place is a disaster. First week living here and my ceiling was leaking water. Now my kitchen has flooded 3 times in 1 day.. countless sink and dishwasher issues over the last couple months. Complete mess. They told me the person before me had their living room flooded and they had “fixed it”.. well, not fixed apparently. Very disappointed considering I am only living here 6 months and my last month is approaching. Wouldn’t recommend.

Family and pet friendly! Awesome staff! We moved from a house to an apartment for the first time while we work on building a house and I had my doubts but this transition has been the easiest and best decision. Our bottom floor 3 bedroom two bathroom is very roomy. Complex is quiet day or night. Thick walls so there’s no hearing the apartment behind you and minimal noise from above. They are strict about their rules which I enjoy because that keeps out the unsavory characters from living here.
I like living here. I enjoy all the green space. Wish there was a playground for kids, though.
