Had an oil change done on truck and noticed a scratch on front quarter panel afterwards. Quick Lane manager looked at and talked to service manager. Within 5 minutes I was on my way to the body shop they use. Body shop manager was waiting for me. He had the scratch buffed out in a couple of minutes. Not pleased that truck was scratched, but problem was handled properly.
Fairway Ford what I thank this place sell lemons then don't care about the ppl the fuck so I will say it where the world can see FUCK FAIRWAY FORD and all it's bullshit I hope know one else ever pays for the junkyard car y'all have !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In December 17 we bought an used vehicle and the dealers worked with us well BUT the day that the 30 day tag came off problems started. We called and talked to both the dealer and a mechanic and both say there is no way to help us but if we wanted to pay for them to look at it and fix it we could bring it in and it'd be at least 4 weeks before they could get it in to look at. My husband has been walking to work because these money hungry, non caring sharks pushed a lemon on us! DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE BUT A CAR FROM THEM!

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM. 18 year old student bought and desperately needed a good investment to get me through college which was 4 hours AWAY FORM HOME! This company is terrible. Made arrangements for a past due payment. They come and get it with no notice! Claimed they called multiple times. Yet, they didn't have the correct number even though called and updated all the information twice. Then get told they have the number! Caught it up once, no big deal and this time, they just come and take it!
Not a fan at all. Sitting outside the business this morning at 7:30. Website says open from 7 to 4 for the Quick Lane service but apparently they don't open until 8. There is a fucktard inside not answering the phone. I read other complaints about this. I guess the dumbass in charge of the place doesn't care to inconvenience customers or he is actually that stupid to keep the hours advertised on the internet wrong.
