Took my car for diagnostic of air conditioning problem. Paid over $1000 for diagnostic, parts and repairs today and was told my car was fixed. I got in car to drive home and it was still not repaired properly. The air was working but couldn’t turn fan down. They took it back in and about another hour later come back out and tell me they reset my car for some reason and it’s back exactly the way it was when I brought it there for repair. Alan, the finance manager was fantastic. Super helpful. The remainder of the process, horrendous. Sum up the deal they refused to honor our sales tax exempt status (Motor Carrier) which wound up costing us an additional ~$3,000 that we didn’t plan on given the fact we haven’t paid it on 8 trucks now. If you have a sales tax exemption, like saving money, or like dealing with companies that will actually call and verify what you say with people that would have the knowledge then this is NOT the place for you. Went to look at the Lexus that is listed, I was told that it was in great shape. It’s got rust damage, sounds rough, and the sun roof doesn’t work. They have recently raised the price on this vehicle too.

While the people were nice enough, I went specifically look at a vehicle they had posted online as “new”. Get there to find out it is in fact not “new” as the dealership had purchased it to meet their incentive quota. So it was technically used and did not qualify for incentive financing. They acted as if this was all new information to them as well, but checked the site today and the vehicle is still listed as new. Just call and as a lot of questions before you waste your time.
