Looked at an expedition with a salesman named Chris. Told Chris I didn’t want to buy at the moment and was just looking. He started acting snobby and like I shouldn’t be on the lot unless I was going to buy that exact moment. Won’t buy from here when I’m ready to.
RecommendedJust bought a 2022 Ford F450. LOOOOVE IT. This is the only place we will purchase our vehicles. We work with Doug, the sales rep, and Allen the manager. We were very pleased with our experience at Fairway Ford. Our salesman, Jason was so helpful and took time to tell us about the vehicle we were interested in. Everyone that talked to us were very friendly and helpful. Also helped in getting us a payment that was affordable for our budget. I would highly recommend Fairway Ford.
NEVER use this dealership for anything!!My husband took his truck in a week ago to have oil change, brakes, alignment & tire rotation done. He called this morning and they had NOT touch it AT ALL it!! They gave NO EXPLANATION or EXCUSE.....NO I'm sorry we really dropped the ball. Got my car stolen and pretty much told me good luck, they didn’t cover it or anything. On top of that they are all pricks, definitely a shady place.
My boyfriends vehicle was STOLEN while being “worked on” at fairway Ford of Kingsport. They are not hardly giving him details and being very sketchy saying that they got it on video and someone broke in their building stole the key and the car. They are not willing to help us do anything about it and told us “it’s just like leaving your car in Walmart parking lot and it being stolen” UMMMMM….. except at Walmart you don’t hand your keys to someone for them to fix your car! Place is a joke. Customers car gets stolen off there lot. They refuse to help the guy at all. Pathetic.
apparently cars get stolen here and they do absolutely nothing about it. pretty shady. don't bring your car here or do business with these people.
